The book "Klar bin ich eine Ost-Frau!" (Sure, I’m a Woman from the East!), written by Martina Rellin, tells the stories of different women in East Germany. To accompany the book tour, the cover design was applied to various formats.

The main element of the design pattern is the shape of a Matryoshka. The iconic dolls from the East have a soft, feminine silhouette and are a symbol of female transformability. The pattern was applied to different formats, for instance postcards, posters, and banners.
